Shipping policy

The shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the artwork and the destination. The exact shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and displayed before the order is finalised.

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

• Germany

• Austria (soon)

• Switzerland (soon)

• EU countries (soon)

• North America (soon)

• Rest of the world (soon)

If you would like to receive delivery in another country, please contact us at support@canvasnova.de to check availability and costs.

As all our artworks are customised to your specifications, the processing time is usually 5-7 working days. As soon as your artwork is finished, it will be carefully packed and handed over to the shipping service provider.

Delivery times depend on the destination. Below you will find the approximate delivery times once the artwork has been dispatched:

• Germany: 6-11 working days

• Austria & Switzerland: 7-12 working days

• EU countries: 7-12 working days

• North America: 7-12 working days

• Rest of the world: 11-14 working days

Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases (e.g. due to customs clearance or public holidays).

We attach great importance to the safe transport of your artwork. Each artwork is carefully packed to ensure that it arrives undamaged. However, should you notice any damage to your parcel, please contact us immediately.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

For orders outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which must be borne by the recipient. These costs are not included in the order value or shipping costs and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon delivery.
